Mc3 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mc3 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. mc3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the mc3 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To use the mc3 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Reside in or access the platform from a location where online betting is permitted under local law.
- Not be prohibited by any relevant authority from participating in betting activities.
- Register with information that is truthful, accurate and up to date. mc3 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Mc3 is not liable if a user provides false information during registration. Accounts found to be using false information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mc3 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mc3 recommends using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported a loss of access to us.
General User Responsibilities
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Not attempt to hack, manipulate or interfere with mc3's systems in any way.
- Not use bots, automated software or any other means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
- Not collude with other users to manipulate the betting or bonus system.
- Comply with all game rules set by mc3 for each category.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the mc3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mc3 does not charge any currency conversion fees, as all supported payment methods are local.
Deposit
Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u and other Malaysian banks. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction. mc3 does not accept deposits from accounts or cards that are not in the registered user's name.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed within timeframes that vary depending on the chosen method. mc3 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals suspected to be linked to fraud, money laundering or a breach of terms may be delayed or rejected.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by mc3 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion details. Rollover requirements and bonus validity periods vary by offer. Bonus abuse – including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly – will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
4. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Mc3 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, mc3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Service interruptions, system failures or technical faults beyond mc3's control.
- Data loss or device damage resulting from use of the platform.
- Game outcomes that do not favour the user – all results are final once a round or bet has been completed.
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mc3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or a directive from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a user's breach of terms, any bonus balance or credits that are ineligible for redemption may be forfeited.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the mc3 platform – including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code and brand names – is the property of mc3 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or reuse any platform content without prior written consent from mc3.
Third-Party Links & Services
The mc3 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party service providers such as game suppliers, payment gateways and live streaming providers. mc3 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or reliability of such third parties. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately where necessary.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mc3 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through the channels prescribed by applicable Malaysian law.
